Paul Bittmann is a composer and sound designer for film, TV and Games currently based in Germany, with projects also going beyond that into contemporary dance and fashion events.

Growing up in northern Germany Paul has been playing the piano, saxophone and singing in multiple choirs since an early age. In his teenage years he regularly participated in performance competitions with a variety of ensembles in Jazz and Classical settings and has been awarded multiple times. After graduating high school, he acquired a bachelor’s degree in computer science at RWTH Aachen and started working freelance throughout his studies: producing, writing and sound designing for local projects .

After finishing up the degree he decided to follow his love for storytelling and acquired a professional certificate in Composing for Film and TV at the Berklee College of Music in 2024 for which he was awarded with the Patty Larkin Scholarship. Blending both technical and musical expertise, he also has developed a skillset in technical audio design and audio middleware implementation.
